Used shipping AirPods, Unsure if they work

Product Name: Used shipping AirPods, Unsure if they work
Left one doesn't seem to work even though it shows up on the Bluetooth connection as 100 percent, right one only plays in the case, it's not a case issue because I even bought a brand new case and it still didn't work, hopefully you can get them to work or atleast have a new case if you need it, I feel like shipping askin 32 dollars is good for the chance that they might or might not work or just to have a brand new charging case because I paid 64 dollars including shipping for the new charging case.
