It has both a pin back and a loop that can be moved down or up if you want to wear it as a pendant. This does come on a chain that is 24 inches and also 12K gold filled. While the details of this pieces are wonderful, the best part is the beauty. The woman in the picture is just lovely with the tilt of her head and the slope of her neck. I love the way her hair is gathered in curls on the top of her shipping head and then dearly wish I was an artist and could have the skills to create such beauty!.
